All TLDs and SLDs referenced are minted and owned onchain via Freename. Ownership, minting dates, and transaction history are permanently recorded on the blockchain and publicly verifiable by anyone.
Every TLD and SLD mentioned on this Site exists onchain. You can independently verify ownership, mint timestamp, and permanence through public blockchain explorers. No offchain claims – only verifiable onchain data.
No direct purchases or transactions occur on kooky.domains. SLDs are minted exclusively via Freename (external platform). Full TLD acquisitions are handled through direct, discretionary contact with Kooky LLC.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the Kooky koala mascot, is owned by Kooky LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
The Site contains links to third-party websites (e.g., Freename, blockchain explorers). Kooky LLC is not responsible for the content or availability of these external sites.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. All onchain domain information is derived from public blockchain records as of the last update.
